1. Order processing time
All our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to track your package and see the remaining shipping time.
2. Delivery times

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
3. Change of delivery address / Exclusion of liability in case of incorrect address
If you want to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. You should contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
4. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the shipping process has begun, we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Lost packages
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order which was made free of charge to you.
